About "Pre-Datathon"
The Competition
"ACES Datathon", a larger datathon competition revolving around the role of Big Data and Machine Learning, organized by ACES, the Department of Computer Engineering, University of Peradeniya is to be held from ... of the February 2021. It is a ... hour competition open to all undergraduates of Univercity of Peradeniya.
"Pre-Datathon", the pre-selection round for "ACES Datathon", is to be held on ..... of January through the Kaggle platform. All the undergraduates of Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya are welcome to take part in this competition to test you skills and take the opportunity to participate for the "ACES Datathon".
Rules & Regulations
1. Open to all undergraduates from Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya.
2. Teams will be provided with the data set which they must use for the competition. You may choose to use any proramming languages, APIs, plugins or scripts of your own.
3. Each team must consist of 3 members at most.
4. All entries must be your original work and developed at the competition.
5. Every work submitted at the competition will be checked for plagiarism. Copying from the Internet or submitting others' code will disqualify a team.
6. Thirty teams will be short-listed for the Datathon2021, according to the final score you earned.
7. The selected teams will be announced by the end of the competion.
